I had a teacher like that. She let us use our phones and eat in class. She let us stay with her during break time if we didn't want to go outside. She never shouted or punished us, she just talked to us. No one ever failed her class or even got into trouble. I still remember her and I’m 30

My sub plans say “Overhead fluorescent lighting is my sworn enemy. As you can see, I usually use the lamps and windows as a light source.” 😂 The subs always use the overhead lights though, I’m told.
