I do love this, but it does assume that you are equally as fast or just as fast. also this only works in this location. Id want tighter press at 90°. at 45° and out of the 18 like this, soft press is fine. slowing them down sure, but you are likely still going to be 1 on 1 with little support behind you. id rather have the safer play to keep the ball infront. if you throw your momentum off (slightly like this) and they make a great move, you just concede a lot of space and pressure (maybe a shot).

the movement is good to defend on 1v1 but you're too low and a fast player can easly cut inside with the space you're giving inside. you have to be almost on the same line to oblige him go outside

With respect, this sounds a lot better than it is. That big heavy jump you do as the defender, is when an attacker would take advantage and drive past you. The rest of it is very good this is just my opinion.
