@denisehamdan: one of my favorite stairmaster routines that helped me lean out and get SHREDDEDDD for the summer 🤏🏽🤏🏽🤏🏽🤏🏽 the workout: - level 10 for 1 minute - level 12 for 1 minute - repeat 5-7 times or 10-15 minutes total if level 10 and 12 are too hard try doing level 4 and 6, or 8 and 10, etc!! i love interval cardio and i would do this routine allll the time before my lifts 3-4 times a week when i was cutting and the results are fire. You can’t out exercise a bad diet so be sure to also eat in a slight calorie deficit of 2-300 calories off of your maintenance and focus on clean whole foods for best results! try this out and thank me laterrrr 🤍🤍🤍🤍 #fitnessfun #gymmotivation #cardioworkout

I start at 6, go for 2 min move up to 8 another 2 min and the go down to 5 for 2 min and then up to 7 for 2 min and the to 4 or 2 min and then back to 8 and then 6 and then 7 and then 5 and then 4 again until I’m done 20 minutes
