distance is also much different than time, depending where you are. I used to drive three hours home from Brooklyn NY to Clifton NJ in bridge traffic. that's 22 miles. but if I'm on I-80 going to Linden NJ, I can make the same distance in about half an hour

💯 I'm retired now, but when I was working, I drove 1 hr and 45 minutes, one way to work. that was about 110 miles. One way. Work my 10 hours, then drive back. 5 days a week.

I live in the state of Utah. Depending on what city, It’ll take you AT LEAST two hours to get out of state. However you can still drive 5 hours and still be in the state 😅

40 min to and from work, then usually get on my motorcycle and drive 45 to and from the nearest big city to go out for dinner with the wife so in total around 2 hrs a day. if its the weekend we'll usually ride the bike to a close state which is 2.5 hours one direction. usually take the long back roads for scenic reasons. it's fun and gives us something to do.
