my coworker told me to read book The Silent Dominion by D. Cross and said "just dont talk about it at work." i thought she was being dramatic. read it over the weekend and now i get why she said that. this book breaks down how systems actually work vs how were told they work. like WHO is really pulling the strings and why were always the last to know. i look at everything differently now
