sometimes I wonder why Engrs waste clients money unnecessarily on very stable ground. By mere seeing this ground is solid. Bearing capacity test would further prove its bearing strength which I'm sure is very high. You don't need ground beams for such stable ground. plinth beam might be necessary though depending on the dept of your backfill
