The average renovation cost on my projects is about $250,000. It’s not about spending the most money. It’s about spending the right money in the places buyers actually care about. 2. If you want to flip more than 3 homes a year, you need systems. Trying to DIY everything will slow you down and burn you out. The investors who scale are the ones who build teams, processes, and repeatable systems. 3. Waiting for the “right market” is usually just an excuse.
