Japan have strict laws on emissions for cars and when they reach 100,000km the tests are strict and gets expensive to keep higher mileage cars on the roads that’s why people don’t want one, they charge too much to keep it on the road and need to be buying new ones more frequently to keep running costs down no matter how well you maintain an older car the mileage dictates the costs

Back in my youth in the Dark Ages, trains... Incredibly.. ran on time here. I caught the 8.04 to school. And it always steamed off at 8.04.

10 minutes away from the centre is a mixture of new and ancient houses/structures, which is slowly dying for residents trying to move to the already over populated cities.
