If you’re having crashes that last days or weeks after exertion, it could be PEM which is a symptom exclusive to ME/CFS. ME is super common in people with EDS and can get very bad if you experience PEM too many times!

After consuming carbs or a large meal, I can feel narcoleptic. I assume it’s because all blood goes to digestion.
