It’s UV blocking contact and yes it is suppose to be because it’s the filter that blocks out 60% of blue/violet light.

mine are like this as well! it’s normal since they have a UV protectant in them. unfortunately we look like we have grinch eyes. i was weirded out at first 😂

I know some lenses come with a slight tint in case you drop it or maybe it’s like a blue light blocker lens😭?
