The dysfunctional one party state legislature continually kicks the can down the road. They create policies, regulations and laws that are unworkable and further drive the state into debt. The environmental policies and practices of the Democratic Party are feel good initiatives based on studies and expert projections of harm without any factual basis for the position. California once again creates its own energy crisis, just the same as they created the chaos with homeless issues and the irrational budget busters created by illegal immigration. Good intentions without more are a recipe of disaster.
