If you don't run a run the generator near as long and get a smaller AC unit, Vevor makes a tent AC that you can run off of one of those jackary or bluetti power stations, then you can run the generator every so often to fill the power station. Or go all night then recharge it when you start your truck in the morning.

done this with a similar set up. where are you venting? I run my duct to the window and plug up the gap with a towel
