Don’t ruminate! It’ll destroy you. We don’t love you because your bread is always perfect, we love YOU. Asana is awesome, but I find it better for a small team. Is it just you? If you need super simple great project organization, I also like trello when it’s a solo gig and just stuff I need to track. Also next time you’re filming bring beauty loaves as a back up. YOU GOT THIS! 🥰🥰🥰

I’m so sorry you’re in the weeds. Maybe back off of 1-2 of the 17 so you won’t burn out. Are you familiar with DBT methods? I’ve found that I’m able to let go of the failure thoughts through radical acceptance and some four square breathing. 💕 You are amazing and know your limits.

you habe to prioritize your health. (mental and physical) sometimes you have to say no to a job, even if it means not making the extra money....and as for your bread filming not looming the way you think it should, doesn't mean that it wasn't good. we are our own worst enemies. I habe been watching your content for a while. you know your stuff and we all (yes even the best professionals) have an off day. dont beat yourself up!!!

I’m not a business owner, but I just took a class in health psychology. You’re already on the right track asking questions (on what could help). Others have already commented on setting priorities - maybe even make a “to-don’t list” and actively take things off your plate. Additionally I think it is helpful to make yourself aware of your resources. Maybe you aren’t utilizing them, maybe there’s even a new resource you gained recently. Being aware of people or things that can help can already be a relief but then also utilizing them is what actually turns things around. So reach out to those who can help, or even to those who will at least provide moral support. Otherwise the usual: breathing techniques, meditation, walking/fitness and writing down 3 good things at the end of the day (no matter how small).

I took on way to much this week and forgot a part of someone’s order. Mortified and embarrassed but I need to learn to say no to things or delegate. It’s hard, be proud of yourself!

I run a small business! It's a bakery, I turn over 200k a year so v small. My advice is don't do 17 projects, find the stuff that works best and makes the best money or has the most impact and hammer that 17 times rather than trying to juggle it with 16 other things

1. Remember nobody know it’s not perfect except you! 2. When you can’t change the outcome, let it go. 3. Decide your priority and whatever doesn’t get done will get done eventually. 4. Remember, you are great at what you do! Your plate might be full, you got this!

Learning how to fail is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. ♥️✊🏽 I try to use my failures as teaching and learning prompts — my students seem to learn just as much when Itell them about my failures and what I got out of it as much as my successes (as a writing professor who uses sourdough metaphors of success and failure when I teach writing 🥰🥰🥰)

If you have the possibility to delegate anything, do it, even if it feels hard. Business owners tend to have an I can do everything myself sense of things, but can do doesn’t mean should do. Also if possible you could take a brake of one of the things you have on your plate so that you can focus on yourself and recharge ☺️

Make sure to take some time for yourself. Even if it’s just 30 minutes with calm music on & a good book (my fav way to just unwind the brain after all day)!

So - I love your content but don’t have advice applicable to your quandary….. regarding business anyway. However, I came to working on my mental health later in life. Found an AMAZING life coach, also got help from some meds (please don’t judge) and now have a much better, more healthy life balance. You have a beautiful soul - anyone can feel it even via video! Your energy is lovely, you are so smart! Give yourself grace! Treat yourself the way you would treat someone else ❤️

The only consistently effective way I've been able to combat stress has been exercise. Sauna helps but saying no to things helps more. Being so busy that you can say no to things is the ultimate sign of success. you got this.

You are amazing! One day at a time. Hot shower and a good cup of tea usually help me. Even the best bakers have an off day. We all go through it. It’s ok to say NO to things too. ❤️🙏

Plight of the self employed entrepreneur. Task lists are essential so you can let go of the to dos until it's their turn. Helps to be in the moment. Outsource what you don't enjoy.

Meditation. It helps me to hear my thoughts and what my mind and body is telling me they need as well as setting boundaries. Mistakes will be made but the world does go on. Also, we are our own worst critics so I’m sure the bread looks fabulous!
