Don’t use so much pressure, lymphatic drainage only needs the pressure of a dime. And face and neck skin are so thin to tug on like that.

Listen idk if it’s helping w anything but as a neurodivergent, BUY this now. It’s so soft. It’s addicting. Once I start using it I can’t stop 😂 I use it for 1-2 hours a day while watching tv or scrolling
