I actually have never had an issue with the plastic wall anchors, you just have to drill the right size hole for them and not try to force it in…

OK, so I have put these into straight drywall before however there is one issue that I found with them the circular part that you hammer in sometimes tends to bend out of shape the metal used to make these are sometimes too weak and they get damaged but the product does work 100% when you do have good ones
