This is a major problem in area restaurants. These owners don’t train or don’t mandate good customer service. If I get bad customer service, I don’t return.

I feel u I used to go to Marvin’s on Lamar but the service was so bad I haven’t been back there in yrs however the owner and his wife are very friendly and welcoming
