i can see the appeal for sure, but i will put my two cents in this entire thing: a rename for this “matriarchy”, as it’s not a matriarchy at ALL. the patriarchal structure of society is patriarchal because men lead. if it were the exact same structure with women leading instead, it’d be matriarchal. i’d also like to point out that prioritization of care should come to the individual, and not be led by gender at all; gender should be irrelevant. what men do nowadays is taught because of the already set in place patriarchy and not innate.
