Check out Blu Harbor, it’s also in Redwood City and is very dog friendly with big balconies. Waterfront property as well. Management is great!

I’ve lived at silver. Street parking is horrible, the train is loud, the leasing office never responds to anything, the apartment get hot, so if you leave your window open you’ll hear the train all night long

Indigo is amazing! Spent a couple years there. Loved how close it was to everything (Caltrain, restaurants, etc). It is a little pricey and it does have its problems here and there but I honestly think it’s worth the price point

Lived at century, floors are super thick and so are the walls, you can blast music super loud and the second u get in the hallway you can’t hear anything, also my unit had a balcony. The windows are really thick so for a while I didn’t realize its right next to the train station and airport. Con is parking for guest. Maintenance is super fast and helpful.

Not on your list, but I’d recommend checking out: The Lafayette, The Ave, The Clara, and Passero which are all located in Santa Clara near Levi Stadium. Chose one of them 5 months ago and have no regrets since then!

Just know indigo slaps you with a fat utility bill on top of pge. So budget an additional $300-$600 a month if you choose indigo

Moved out of Duo apartments in Sj plenty parking for guests, neighborhoods safe , nighttime security and gated garage for tenants, I leased on the 3rd floor and never heard my upstairs or downstairs neighbors. Loved the apartment but if ur on the upper levels it def gets hotter in the summer time. Literally no issues we just wanted a new apartment (:

I believe my friend lived at silver had the ant issue and a fruit fly issue and didn’t hate it but how did the moments of frustration with the leasing office? I currently live in the View Apartments off of Blossom Hill. They’re not bad. I actually really like them it’s next to Oak Ridge Mall. They do have a patio on the outside, but I don’t know if there’s any available left .

Check out Redwood Place in Sunnyvale. Really pretty, great walking areas and nearby park. Pretty quiet to me!

I promise you NONE of these new bay area buildings have good soundproofing because the walls are literally hollow and made of metal and sheetrock

I lived at Indigo for a year and a half. It’s a clean community, and a great apartment. Con’s- The “downtown” you speak of is dead ash 90% of the time and nightlife sucks. The big con and why I moved out though is the utilities. Indigo runs on shared utilities based on SQ ft of ur apt. There would be months where I was on vacation and paid $400 for utilities despite not being there. I couldn’t get over that.
