I used to love my cat eyeliner too. 😩 but my eyelids are droopy now. Had to change my make up. I stopped using liquid liner. I think you just have to thin it out a little bit.

Hey babe I am 39 and I don’t think you look old at all. I would just thin out the eyeliner. I also have hooded eyes and it made a difference when I did it. When I wear it I usually only draw a small wing and bring the eyeliner in to about the middle of my eye. It’s will open up your eyes.
