silicone irritates my gauges too! i was at a 14mm in both of my ears and then one randomly got rlly irritated and i had to size down to a 12mm for the time being…

My silicone gauges did that too randomly 😭. I usually had titanium in but switched because they touched my fresh 2nds and after two months or so they randomly blew out

i would say change the jewelry !!! silicone is so cool & very cute a lot of the time, but sometimes your ear can still shrink around the jewelry ! & since silicone is still dense it can cause micro tears leading to blowouts !! safe & happy stretching friend !!
