I tried this, but the best results I saw in terms of my immunity and skin is when you make it but don’t steam the garlic. Just make sure you wash it good and then drop honey on it. Let it sit for a week maybe a week and a half and then take a spoon every day. I love raw garlic so for me it’s amazing❤️

my sister LIVES by this! (i absolutely hate honey, but love garlic) its a bit rough for me to take a spoonful, BUT i swear it helps sore throat, cough, and overall sickness. it lasts for so so long too!!🖤
