I don’t think churches should be allowed to take offerings for tithing to God because most of these bigger churches are the shadiest ones. I mean the bigger churches the preacher is bling out and that’s his only job but when a member goes to the congregation asking for help, they can’t help, we don’t have the means. (I know it’s not all Big churches but most.) and I’m not understanding why churches don’t get taxed for the money that they’re receiving where does that money go I get they have to pay the water and the electricity aand possibly gas. But if that’s the case then maybe they should just post the bills on a bulletin board so the congregation knows exactly how much they need to help pay those bills instead of telling them to tie 10% of their money, especially if they’re already living paycheck to paycheck, but yeah, I do believe that churches should be taxed because I still don’t see most of these Big churches doing anything. But the pastor showing how much they got. …. And this is just one a few and many reasons why I quit going to church.
