@eleonorasvanberg: You never know where the next big discovery will come from. That's why we need to actively work with inclusion in STEM. I had the honour of interviewing three Vice-Chancellors, leaders of their respective institutions. What does inclusion in STEM look like for them? In the video you meet: ⭐️Professor Irene Tracey (University of Oxford ) ⭐️Professor Deborah Prentice ( @Cambridge University ) ⭐️Professor Dame Karen Holford (Cranfield University ) Tireless work, visibility, and esure disadvantage students are given the opportunity to thrive in an academic environment. All of these are very important pillars in creating inclusion. As a woman in a male-dominated field in STEM, I find it very important to raise these questions. To talk about how we achieve inclusion, in everything from culture change, relatable role models to funding. What do you think of when it comes to inclusion in STEM? Many thanks Department for Science, Innovation and Technology for giving me this opportunity! #WomenInSTEM #Inclusion #Equality
