Hi, I’m curious on how this all started? Cause I know it probably didn’t start by just eating large amounts like immediately so how did it start?

I’m going to guess I’m one of your older followers at almost 40, but I spent most of my life ‘not a breakfast person’. Once I started eating a little something first thing in the morning, it helped the food noise tremendously.

I also gained a substantial amount of weight in a year too. And now, I eat the same food but way less. BUT I know I can’t have fast food breakfast - it ruins the entire day / days

i used to be so afraid to eat breakfast because it felt like to many calories or too big of a meal to eat so early but now its my favorite meal of the day! i love making yogurt bowls or cute breakfast plates <3

Ilysm! No judgement but if you want to help your vocabulary the phrase would be “eating something of substance” not substantialness 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Can you do a video talking about what coping skills or program/groups you did helped you recover? I’m a relatively new therapist always trying to see what it practically looks like to recover and strategies that have actually helped people sustain recovery! 💖

When i want a sweet treat... I know this sounds weird but.... I get these pickled beets by Safie brand from Costco. Super low in calories, super good for you and enough sweetness that it honestly tastes like I'm eating a dessert because it satisfies the need for sweet.
