@lygaiva: Two years ago I started doing hex bar deadlifts. To give you context on 8 March 2024 my PB was 145kg x6. A month later I pulled my first 165kg. A few months after that 180kg. Then 185kg, and 195kg. And that’s where I got stuck. Not because I couldn’t get stronger… but because I was vibing instead of following a structured programme (yes, even as a coach🤣). Work got busier. I had to figure out sleep, nutrition, recovery. This year I decided to take it seriously. I designed myself a programme with a goal of getting back to 195kg or more👀 The plan on Saturday was to do x1 with 195kg, which I did and it felt good. So I took a chance.. 200kg🥺 The programme isn’t even finished yet. 3 weeks left. This lift was two years in the making. I attempted it multiple times and failed.
