I barely had food noise before starting mine, and I took mine on Saturday and I’ve been having to force myself to eat. And it’s weird. I’m craving only healthy foods. The mere thought of junk makes me nauseous.

I decided Nov 1st I could come off after two years. The food noise is back. I almost immediately gained 10lbs but I think it’s was a lot of inflammation. Joint pain came back. I’m back on it already.
