I’m from Hawaii. This was huge case couple years ago. I kept up with whatever media provided. His defense did a pretty good job but he still ended up guilty after 2 trials.

this happened in hawaii. I went to the same high school as Jon Tokuhara. He was an athletic and all around cool guy. It was so sad when this happened. His close friends and the whole community gathered together to get justice for him.

People in the comments need to remember that just because someone has their phone on silent and face down doesn't automatically mean they're cheating, especially if your partner isn't showing any other signs. Granted, if they're doing this and acting differently, then yes, that could be a sign. I mean, I put my phone on silent from 10 p.m. until the next day even when im in a relationship.
