I understand the logic, but as someone who absorbs energy like a sponge, blocking these projections in real time is a huge challenge. There’s a disconnect between what my brain knows and what my body feels.. even when I know the energy isn't mine, my system still reacts as if it’s responsible for holding it. It’s so exhausting tbh
