These are all great negotiation tools. Car haulers will take the cars for free or sometimes pay scrap. Windows are cheep and easy to replace same day. Roofs. Not so much. But know costs and have a roof guy quote you before purchase! Same for furnace! $100,000 is a great buy. Get another renter in, and you’re making money in 30 days
