Recommend to do a medium for the shower heat because if you have it too warm, your scalp gets really dry and you can get dandruff easily

suggestion from a germaphobe. wash hair firs, next use a seperate cloth to clean private areas, next a silacone washcloth for the body. I hate the thought of the dirt germs from my hair or private running down my body after I have washed my body
