@brookemoly: BEST BREAKFAST FOR WEIGHT LOSS 🏆🏆🏆 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ Tropical Yogurt Chia Bowl Ingredients ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp psyllium husk ½ tsp coconut extract monk fruit or stevia to taste Fruit Toppings 2 tbsp mango, diced 2 tbsp kiwi, diced 1 tbsp strawberries, diced 1 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes Instructions In a bowl or jar combine yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, psyllium, coconut extract, and sweetener. Stir very well so the chia seeds distribute evenly. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes or overnight to thicken. Top with mango, kiwi, strawberries, and coconut flakes before serving. Macros (per bowl) Calories: ~170 Protein: 21g
