I work a full time week over 3 days. I have been rostered as a day off on 9 of this year's bank holidays my counterpart rostered 'on' for those 9. meaning she works 2 other days in those weeks but I still have to work 3 days on those weeks. manager doesn't see the difference. Where do I stand?
