The trick with any is to just pretend they’re not there at all. Most of the time difficulty swallowing them is because you’re in your head about it.

I Actually don't put them in my mouth before the water. I put the water first, Then tilt my head up, then drop them and swallow at the same time.

girl this is weird to me bc i take pills (capsules or tablets) without water. if you can swallow a biteful of burger or meat or veggies without a problem, eithout needing water to do so, why do so much ritual for a tablet?

I just take my handful of vitamins (multi, calcium, creatine, fish oil, and joint health..like 10 pills) all at once. 🤷🏻♂️

Why tilt your head back? It makes swallowing so much harder. Just try it without a pill. Always keep your head straight or forward so your throat opens up and you can swallow with ease
