@nursemichell: I’ve struggled with Misophonia almost all my life. There were no noise cancelling headphones growing up. Just me and my Walkman. I now carry these headphones with me at all times. They have saved me a lot of anger and frustration. I can finally be around people eating and not want to go wild. Unfortunately, I’ve passed it down to my kids.
