Neither of us snore… however, my alarms go off throughout the night and wake him up and he’s never complained 🥴 (I’m a T1D so my Dexcom alerts me when I’m low or high)

My fiance just got a mouthguard that also locks his jaw in to a specific position and it’s CHANGED EVERYTHING! Don’t need earplugs to sleep anymore. Also got those magnetic nose strips 🫶🏻
