When executive function collapses and I can't prioritize or sequence tasks it becomes external scaffolding. It helps me process emotions by reflecting back what I'm actually saying underneath the cognitive noise. It doesn't replace therapy or relationships or my own judgment. It's accessibility technology for a brain that operates at high capacity with inconsistent output. The same way someone uses a wheelchair not because they can't move but because the built environment wasn't designed for how they move. That's what this is.
