I disagree, my Rhode Island Red and Barred Rock are good with rest of the flock. I think for starters, they should start with a Buff Orpington or Black Australorp to gain experience.

My barred rocks are sweeties. They come up to me as soon as they see me and so far I haven’t had any bullies (except for my roo) they are very curious though.

I agree with the Rhode Island Red, mine are bully’s, and white leg horns are very flighty and anxious , but my barred rock are actually pretty sweet girls.

Wow! My Bared Rock is Miss congeniality of my three. Wyandotte is very standoffish but calm. Now my Buff Orpington is the badass of the three. She’s in charge!
