We try to connect with every customer on at least 1 thing that isn’t just taking an order. It’s led to so many amazing regulars who we get to know and our brewery feels like home to them. Hospitality in 2026 is so important

I have managed way too many restaurants and one thing that corporate always wants management to do is touch every table. Make sure that you interact with every single table so that they know they are important and you can gauge their guest experience, but the truth is when you try to touch every single table it takes the soul out of what you’re doing. It’s all about making real authentic connections and that doesn’t happen when you’re forced to do something. I hate that we are getting closer and closer to ordering everything on iPads and just having food delivered the connections are the most important part.
