The only part of the plan here that is temporary is the drug, the rest are just good habits that I intend to keep up with. But tbh, I had a pretty intense internal pressure to build all the other habits because I didn’t want to side step actual lifestyle change in favour of the quick fix. It sort of gave me a weird sense of accountability/responsibility because I felt like if my goals are based in overall wellness (they were & still are) no injection alone can achieve that. So it’s either commit to the workouts & challenges & eating changes & tracking, and let the shot make those changes easier to adjust to, or ask myself if I actually care about my overall health or just being skinnier. Fortunately this weekly internal conversation always came up ‘overall health’ so I’m pumped with both the visible external results as well as all the internal invisible results :) #Fitness #workout #steps #mealplanning #weightloss
