my makeup looks dry and separated only right above my nose, between my eyebrows. I wash, exfoliate, hydrate and sirum, set and powder and it's still flakey and dry. How to fix?

Would love to see "mature skin" tips! I'm 35 and am starting to get fine wrinkles on my forehead that I can't seem to keep my foundation from pooling in. Also, the skin underneath my eyes is losing elasticity, and I haven't figured out how to apply concealer here that will last more than an hour. Thank you ❤️

im super oily it works for me but after skin prep I put on a thin layer of pressed powder that matches my skin, put setting spray, then my primer. it helps my oil and my makeup not separate.
