In about 40 different states, you have to register it as a moped or motorcycle because it exceeds 30 miles an hour and you need to get a class 3 license you have a brake light and turn signals plus a headlight because it is classified as a moped/motorcycle this comment will probably be deleted

He’s just changing the diameter of the tire so it throws the speedometer off and shows 50mph when it’s still only going 28mph max
