I saw a Dr talking about people with low iron also having low thiamine (B1), so I’m having that checked next blood draw.

Is this why it took me 3 hours to clean 1 section of my room and then I knocked out and my kitchen is halfway deep cleaned and then I took a nap, and then my kids clean clothes is folded and sorted on the couch but then I got over it? And so on… but at the end all I do is go to sleep and complain that I’m tired 🤦🏻♀️😴

It’s no joke ! I was a busy body going and doing everything. I can’t do what I used to and it’s pissing me off. I feel lazy and feel like people think I’m faking it. But I ain’t ! Just showering wears me out , simple tasks.

I've had iron deficiency since I was young...and every month periods makes it worse...I'm curious...any strange deficiency symptoms that they don't mention....cause I have a list...and it sucks feeling like this...people will not understand it unless they feel how it feels like ..
