Can you do the grilled chicken nuggets from chick fil a? I saw a post about a 12 count grilled chicken nuggets, a side of Mac and cheese, and honey barbeque sauce for only 530 calories and like 50g of protein, seems kinda unreal but I want the goat to prove it 😅

every video I see is nit picking at shit that isn't an issue 🙄 it's the same energy as "Fairlife protein shakes have zero protein because they don't say they have protein in the ingredients". the AVERAGE portion of these items will have these macros....and it's fast food. you don't eat a donut for the macros, you eat it because it brings happiness
