I don’t really know what schedule to change my pad because I change it at like seven in the morning before I go to school and then normally I change it during six period at like 1:30 and then I wanna take a shower when I get home, but I don’t wanna waste a pad, but I also don’t wanna put on my night pad because then I’ll have it on for over eight hours so what should I do?
