I’m 4 weeks and my cramping is on and off, nothing severe usually quick twinges but I have noticed probably 90% of the time it’s towards the left side. No bleeding but I’m still so anxious 😩

I just found out that I’m almost 5 weeks. I will say for the past week I’ve been experiencing cramping BAD. They are where I would feel menstrual cramps but they are very intense at times but not painful. Any advice on how to help manage??? This is our first pregnancy. TIA ❤️

I have some mild cramps but they kind of stay on one side more dominantly. I have it on both sides but definitely more on my left side.

finding out at 30 that my uterus is normally egg-sized is crazy 😩 so glad to find out that cramping is normal though. it was freaking me out the first few weeks (and especially my husband!).

@Melissa Brown: Thank goodness for this page. First time pregnancy and I have no idea what is normal and what not, this is scary. 4 weeks now and cramping most of the time but no bleeding/spotting. Cramping gets to a point where I have to walk very slow. I have my first doctor appointment next week, my friends says it is too early but I need peace of mind. And the fatigue! I did not expect that, my husband keeps telling me to go for walks to wake up😂. Is anyone else experiencing getting soooo hot?
