Important things to know: 1. If you've never had ChatGPT plus, you won't have a "memory" bank for the prompt to pull from. However, you can still export your chat history (settings > data controls > export data), though this takes longer (when I tried to do it. It actually took three days, but I use chat all day every day and I have for the last three years.) you will then have to manually summarize what you get from chat in order for Claude to accept it. 2.
