I have been watching your videos for awhile and I really appreciate you. This one is 100% spot on speaking from experience trying to sell. Being needy comes through as argumentative and defensiveness for me. Can you give some pointers on how to not worry about the outcome?? I have been doing better, hahaha. But old habits still show up sometimes.

I struggle with detachment. Especially if it’s something that is impacting a role or responsibility that I have. My tricks to get detachment don’t always work. I totally agree, it’s super advantageous to focus on. 🙏❤️

I think the key point is being sincere and honest in your dealings. You are dealing with people that overthink things. In sales, you have to be real - and obviously you are coaching people that are not.
