I waited 25 minutes at a WingStop. turns out they lost the paper order sheet. They were apologetic and rushed my order. I know stuff happens and enjoyed my wings.

Literally waited 40 mins for an online order for two sandwiches. They told me it will be a few mins. I am too patience. 40 mins later. They said it was ready 40 mins ago and was placed in the wrong place. Grosses wettest sandwiches ever. Traumatized 😅

Often one person orders and another picks up so they don’t see the confirmation order. Clear signage and basic, decent customer service (not even good, just basic) that notices someone has been waiting for 15+ minutes would easily solve this.

I placed an online order once for the very first time and it said to collect in store at the pickup counter. I didn't know there was a separate counter soni was stood at the end for ages until someone asked me what u was waiting for. I was well embarrassed x
