first of all, this is on Amazon for way cheaper. I know because I bought it 6 months ago and just replaced it. it's the WORST automatic water fountain i have ever owned.

You can see how the protein shake she pours and still stays coated in the bowl when it drains. So it may refill with clean water, but the bowl is still dirty. It’s visibly still dirty in this video which is why she cuts it before it refills

come home and almost every time I come back the water isn’t even pumping so my cats stay without water all day. it was to be the worst product I ever bought for my cats how are my cats gonna go with out water this is just unacceptable and I would get my money back if I could

First of all it's plastic so that cancels it immediately. I have a ceramic one with a copper fountain minimal plastic least toxic one I found yet
