Fun fact! You can get carpel tunnel during pregnancy due to extra fluid/swelling/compression of nerves. Obviously talk with your doctor, but wrist braces for sleep might help.

I invested in the carpal tunnel splints to sleep in. A little awkward at first but definitely helpful!!!

I had it before pregnancy and now its soooo much worse i wake up with pins and needles accompanied with severe cramping in both hands even with braces on every night i barely get any sleep because of it
